Prices
All prices are in Rupees, and are subject to change as per Market fluctuation, without any prior notice.
Stock
We only sell brand new products, not used items. Most products are carried in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Items that are not on-site can take longer to be ready for dispatch. We will try to keep you informed of the progress of your order. When an item is pre-ordered and money is taken for that item, an expected shipping date will be communicated explicitly with the customer prior to purchase.

Sending the Order
You can send us a formal order or contact us on our mail/phone, and let us know your interested products, we shall send a Proforma Invoice for the same, to enable you to make our payment through your convenient means.
Payment
We accept payment by Cheque/D.D/NEFT/RTGS subject to clearance at our bank.
Cancellations
Once Order has been processed no cancellation shall be accepted and shall be the sole decision of the Company owning this website.
Guarantees and Returns
All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition. We will only replace items that are defective or sent in error. This is subject to you notifying us of the problem and returning the items to us within 6 days of receipt of the goods and providing a description of the damage or defect. Please contact us before returning items. When you place an order to purchase, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order and how to collect the item(s). Your order represents an offer to us to purchase an item, which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation that we’ve made that product available to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the order confirmation email to you.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
